I agree with the following statements and fees:

Setup. Creation of your website based on one of our templates with your logo, images and information (you provide us with your logo, images and information in electronic form). 5 email addresses. Setup fee is $350. Additional pages can be created for $25 per page. Domain registration fee is $10/year.
Monthly Maintenance. Includes free hosting and 5 email addresses. We will maintain your basic website for $50/month (you maintain your calendar at the Grand Lodge website). We charge $10 for each additional page modified during the month. Additional email addresses are $1 each.
You own your Website. Should you decide that you no longer want us to host or maintain your website, we package all the files and send it to you.
