What is our Experience?
We have worked on projects for companies such as Apple, IBM, Intel, CalTrans, California ISO, California Chamber of Commerce and many more.

We have developed Software Tutorials on CD/DVD, Online Web Tutorials, Product Demonstrations, Banner Ads, etc. We have experience with Authorware, Director, Dreamweaver with Coursebuilder, and Flash.

We won an Award of Distinction in 1999 from The Northern California Tech Pubs Competition for an Online Tutorial for the California Chamber of Commerce.

What is our approach to building Multimedia Presentations?

We work on a step by step approach:

• First step is to understand your requirements, review your products, etc.
• Second step. We write a storyboard that will describe screen graphics and action, displayed text, and narration if desired. We ask you to review it. We then refine the storyboard based on your inputs. Your review it again. We do as many iterations as needed to refine the storyboard to be sure the final product will meet your needs. If you don't like our work, you are under no obligation to continue, you can walk away with the design (to reassure you, noone has ever done this).
• Third step. We provide you with a schedule of reviews and checkpoints so you know what to expect and when. We then begin to create the presentation, designing the graphics, recording audio and video as needed, and programming the actions and results. We do thorough quality testing to be sure everything works as planned. You review and together we fine tune the details. We want to make sure you end up with a presentation that exaclty meets your requirements.

Of course, our work does not end here. We will work with you to maintain and enhance your presentation as your needs change.

How much do we charge?

We bill our services on a time and material basis. We have very little overhead since we work from a home office, so our rates are very reasonable.
